A Thailand trip is incomplete without a visit to Bangkok. Hence, post our incredible time in Phuket and Krabi, our journey through Thailand led us to the bustling city of Bangkok. This time our trip was extra special as it was our first trip post lockdown after a gap of 8-9 months. The old and heritage city Agra known as the ‘city of Love’ not only has the marvelous Taj Mahal but also has the splendid ITC Mughal. ITC’s luxury collection hotel is situated in close proximity to Taj Mahal and is a tribute to the Mughal builders of the past as this hotel is historic and is inspired by the heritage Mughal monuments like Fatehpur Sikri and Agra Fort.
I love the vivid culture India has where one gets to learn about different religions as well as their festivities. I have enjoyed the splendour of Christmas as much as I enjoy Diwali so when I got an invitation for a Ramadan Food Walk from Novotel Hyderabad Airport we could not say ‘NO’. After a 2 hour flight we landed in Hyderabad, the City of Nizams from where in a few minutes we entered the plush and beautiful hotel. A look around and I was captivated with the serene surroundings filled with greenery and nature.

I had a party at my house and didn’t know how to manage things. I already had a million things running in my mind – guest list, grocery shopping, return gift, cooking, cleaning, arranging things etc….I didn’t know how to manage everything within the short span of time. That’s when I tried my hand at the seemingly magical app called PepperTap.
Rara Avis, a premiere French bistro located in GK-2 is amongst the best French restaurants in Delhi and has the finest dishes to offer. As I entered, I was greeted by Mr. Rajiv Aneja, the owner of Rara Avis and Chef Jerome Cousin who helped us decide our order. The restaurant has a very bistro style set up, dim lighting, comfortable chairs and a really homely touch to it. They also have a beautiful rooftop sitting which is more of a private dining area.
Recently I went on a FAM trip to the heartful Punjab cloud i.e. Chandigarh organized by Park Plaza, Zirakpur. My train journey (Kalka Shatabdi) started in first class with some fellow bloggers Maneesh, Susmita, Ambica & Pradeep. In 3 hours flat we reached and I felt really happy on reaching Chandigarh. We were taken to our respective cabs by the hotel staff who came looking for us at the station and Jaideep another blogger joined us in our journey on reaching the hotel.

As I gave my vehicle keys to the valet I was mesmerized to see the greenery overlooking the entrance of the hotel. I made my way to the restaurant passing through the chic white lobby and saw a big board about the festival right outside the restaurant ‘Latest Recipe’, an all day dining restaurant of the hotel. We were warmly greeted by the PR manager, Anadita and Chef Osama Jalali. The festival had all the delicacies of Old Delhi uniquely innovated by Chef Osama Jalali himself.
