Amongst snug and intimate interiors, wide windows giving a view of small exquisite oriental gardens, Team ChicLifeByte was seated for their grand lunch. The peaceful, calm & serene music in the background was so satisfying just like the presentation, taste and ingredients in the food freshly made bringing together the taste of the new additions in the menu.

What I like is that these accessories come in different styles and colours which give us so much variety to pair them with different outfits because some day we are at our glamorous best while other days we are in a sporty avatar to some days when we are just feeling too casual.

One of my favourite accessory is the one which I use to store my essentials. Be it a lipstick, wet tissues or my phone, it goes in my purse so that I can just take it out when I require it.

Along with that at the event there was a display of two of Orient Aero Series fans namely Orient Aerostorm & Orient Aerolite. The fans come with 18 pole motor to deliver an astounding air delivery with heavenly silence. Aerostorm in particular gives an impressive 300 cmm (cubic meters per minute) air delivery.

Ranjit’s SVAASA: A Heritage Boutique Spa Haveli at Amritsar – Part II

ChicLifeByte told you about the wonderful stay and hospitality of Ranjit’s SVAASA: A Heritage Boutique Spa Haveli at Amritsar. The ancestral property was built 200 years ago by Ratan Chand Mehra, a prominent person of his time. He had contributed to the society by opening up blind schools, gaushala, a family mandir as well as a hospital for TB, all of which are running till date. Ratan Chand Mehra was a recipient of Order of the British Empire (OBE) title and this house was actually a guesthouse for the Britishers. Retaining the original heritage, the place was refurbished. However, special things were retained which include 18 inch thick walls, there is mud inside the ceiling which helps in insulation, bricks are nanakshati (special bricks packed with mud, no cement is used in walls).
